A year ago this week, the Montgomery Botanical Gardens at Oak Park hired Beneath the Bark in Wetumpka to create these beautiful benches from an Oak Tree that fell down in March of 2017. This 150 foot tall tree that fell down during a storm is now gorgeous pieces of art that will provide resting areas in the Southern Garden.
Family members sponsored the Oakleaf Bench in honor of one of our Charter members. The Acorn Bench was sponsored in memory of a loved one. Beneath the Bark can make additional benches to stay in the garden or you can take it home.
