March Volunteer Day Recap

The March 15 Volunteer Day at Montgomery Botanical Gardens was very productive. Volunteers that day included a Master Gardener Intern, members of the MBG Board of Directors and our regular volunteers. New Sunpatiens annuals were added to the circular entrance beds in shades of red and purple that will thrive and bloom to welcome spring visitors. Several plant identification signs were also installed in the Southern Garden. Volunteers that day included Lynne Kuhlmann, Jane Martin, Elijah Pugh, Intern Darwin Pruitt, Project Chair Cathy Maddox, Tom McLemore, and Justin Skipper.
