Now is the time to plant Daffodils

by

Rule of thumb for planting Daffodils:

  • Plant pointy side down

  • Space 3 times the width of the bulb apart

  • Plant 3 times the height of the bulb deep

  • Plant in Full to light shade

Interesting fact:  Daffodils are DEER resistant

The Montgomery Botanical Gardens will be planting over 1000 Daffodil bulbs before Thanksgiving. Thank you Bear Exploration Center for their contribution of Daffodils.
